3-minute jja jjang with rice and the last of my precious cheese whiz. The happy face wasn't intentio-nal, it just kinda came out that way. The face later became a frown when sriracha got thrown into the mix.

Drink of Choice: Coca-cola.

I love cheese whiz. I wonder how much I weigh these days...

What Frank Eats for Lunch

Cheese ramen. One of the 5 college food groups. Later mixed with rice

Drink of Choice: Sodium water.

I still have no idea what that black thing in the middle of the soup is.

Went healthy this night, and this time I'm not being facetious. Had a surprisingly scrumdiddlyumptious salad for dinner. The Panera Bread website gives a better description than I could:

Fuji Apple Chicken - All-natural citrus-herb chicken, mixed field greens, romaine lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, pecans, Gorgonzola, apple chips & white balsamic apple vinaigrette.

Drink of choice: Fresh-squeezed Panera lemonade. Oh, that cool, refreshing drink. - Mos Def

This meal kept me surprisingly full all night. The fullness may have been due to the JP Lick's ice cream cone I had right afterwards. Thanks to the Nutritional Calendar on the Panera Bread website, I also know that I consumed a pathetic total of 610 calories. Shame on me. Had a good talk with a friend over this meal. I hope some of the suggestions made this evening are actively applied.

What Frank Eats for Dinner

Chinese food compliments of Eugene (shrug, shrug, shrug, shrug) Cho. Beef Lo-mein with no beef (also compliments of Eugene), Lieutenant Gao's Chicken (doesn't quite live up to General standards), and chicken wings. All of which were later engulfed in sriracha.

Drink of choice: Nothing.

Why nothing? To truly appreciate it, you don't eat Chinese take-out, you inhale it.

What Frank Eats for Dinner.

One of my all time favorite foods: curry over rice; comprised of curry powder, sliced onions, Taco Bell Fat Free Refried Beans, one diced Habanero, a ton of white pepper, sugar, chili powder, Korean chili paste, and a slice of cheese thrown in for kicks. No sriracha necessary on this baby.

Drink of choice: So good last night, I decided to have another today. Tetley's English Ale. Not just tasty and aromatic, but maybe the prettiest looking beer I've ever seen.

before.

 after.

Inhaled in under 5 minutes flat since I needed to pick up someone and catch a comedy show tonight with this guy.

Decided to eat healthy for lunch: Double-fisted a turkey burger with 4 slices of bacon, lettuce, red onion, tomato, grilled onions, bits of onion rings, and hot sauce on one hand, and a bacon, tomato, tuna melt on the other.

Drink of choice: Sprite. Which Grant Hill no longer drinks.

Props to Jen Li, freshman at BC with over $900 remaining on her meal plan for feeding me. (I don't always double fist, but when I do, you can be sure it's someone else paying)

The midnight version of eggs benedict: cheese ravioli pizzadict. Comprised of frozen pepperoni and mushroom pizza of questionable age found in the freezer topped with cheese ravioli, strawberry jam, cheese whiz, and of course, sriracha.

Drink of choice: Always smooth, always creamy. Tetley's English Ale.
